If you stated that you're not the original owner and the user you sold it to is aware of this, he knows the risk he's taking and basically can't blame you incase the account gets recovered. Unless he can prove that it was you who did it of course. But obviously stating that you're not the original owner will make it harder for you to sell the account.

Alright, we appreciate your cooperation. Providing those skypelogs won't really help your case since you never mentioned that you weren't the original owner so you'll have to take full responsibility even if it was your friend who recovered it, but I'm sure you understand that by now. I think I have proven myself to be fit for this position. A tos may protect you from getting scammed but that does in no way mean that you can abuse it. And I'm not talking about the banned account, I'm talking about refunding the part of the service you never finished. As it's only logical that the service got cancelled after the account got banned. This way you will get paid for the service you provided so far, which is only fair.

I'm sorry but there's no way to prove if he botted or not so there's nothing we can do about that. @Wise Old Man you are to refund @Petrov the amount of RSGP for the remainder of the service that has not been completed.
