Hello Wumble! Sorry to hear about the difficulties you're occuring with this member. I've made the user aware of the dispute and he has been placed in the TWC usergroup as a precautionary measure. He has 24 hours to explain the situation. I've also hidden one screenshot of yours because it included a RSN and a password. However, Staff are still able to see it.

Thank you for the report. I've banned the user, we don't want this kind of sort like him around that encourage people to recover accounts and are even willingly to help with this wrongdoing.
