It may be the VPN's internet. I've been having this issue with my proxies that I run through a batch file, so they only work when I run a VM with the proxy activated. You may need to contact the VPN provider and talk to them about their connection issues, etc.

I'm not too sure that we have a function that tracks time spent in the chatbox. I could be wrong though. So if we don't, there won't be a way to tell if someone deserves it or not. & also, it isn't hard to idle in chatbox 24/7.
