I'll look into adding a section for people to report users that break the rules in the chatbox. I personally don't like the chatbox, which is why I'm hardly ever in there. I prefer to just do the forums. I understand your struggle though. You can always file a complaint against staff, given you have proper evidence of them not doing their job & you stay cool-headed about it. Feel free to send the PM to super mods + admins

@nike, didn't your forum account get hacked as well? I have no clue what happened to get you TWC, so I can't explain. But Trust got his Skype hacked & has refunded the users. Same with @HellenWong

Smart's phone lagged and gave him +10 warning points after I unbanned him fully. :p I'll fix it once Trust tells me to.
