Yeah, it doesn't make sense why your screenshot shows that the other person declined, and then Justin's screenshot, which is in 2nd trade screen with you, shows that the other person originally declined. I traded with Justin right after he sold you the 26m, and I'm 95% sure he traded me some of the items you gave him, but I dropped them instantly after the trade, so we don't have any evidence of that.
