Jagex does not blanket ban ip's. What they do is taint all the accounts which were using that ip, basically they watch them closely for botting. Even if you change ip's, these accounts will still be watched for botting (might be just for a certain time period), so they will ban them as soon as they see any evidence of botting behaviour. This only applies to goldfarming bans though(which is the only one which results in a tainted ip).

Just as a heads up to anybody interested, today a group of lurer's asked me to join their luring group as a talker or something (after failing to lure me, i didn't know lurer's dont actually drop mills, and its just 10k all the time, but w/e, got 10k and a santa hat from them), anyways, they invite me to a skype call, then randomly the guy says he'll give me 15 mill if I drop all my stuff on the ground (I had like 10mill of stuff in inven), I probably would have done it, but they decided to test out their ddos before trying this and dc'ed me, so it got pretty obvious. Anywho, i didn't even accept the call, and I didn't know they could get ip info without the call being accepted(I've changed my skype settings now so only contacts can do that). After I called them out I sent them a bunch of links of people going to prison for a few years for ddosing just for fun :P then they proceeded to ddos me again. Luckily I was on a vpn so they didn't get my home ip anyways. I'm trying to send a payment using paypal, but I keep getting an error that says "sorry, but we cannot send your payment right now", what does this mean? I've made very few transactions so far using paypal. I just received a payment now for selling gold, and I'm trying to use my paypal balance to send money to somebody else. Is there a time period I have to wait before sending the money?

This doesn't help change the actual price of the items, all price manipulation on zybez is good for is making random items nobody uses appear valuable so people can use it for scamming. Yes, you can change the price listed on zybez, but all you're going to end up doing is preventing people from finding legitimate sales on the website, Its just bots doing most of the selling of these items anyways, they will just stand in world 1 or whatever and sell at the price they want, and the more people that bot the items, the more that flows into the market. Since the demand isn't increasing, and the supply keeps getting bigger, it becomes harder and harder to sell due to more competition, hence the price goes down. If you actually want to increase the price, you would have to either convince people to stop botting the item/stop selling it for a while, or try to cut off the supply by buying it all yourself, the zybez manipulation just gives you the illusion that you're actually doing something (and lets you scam a couple noobs who actually use the zybez listed price and can't tell when it's being manipulated)

People who are logged in (and haven't been booted by the server) are ok, but once you're out you can't get back in Edit: and right as I posted this...servers started working again

When you close the game (either browser or client) you will automatically be logged out unless you are in combat. If you are in combat, it will take 60 seconds for you to log out. Basically at the very beginning if somebody thinks that they got a bad start in a boxing match they will just close the game, and in 60 seconds they will log out.
