does anyone know if u can transfer money from paypal to local bank account if you get payment in dollars but your bank has euros and in ur paypal balance is amount of euros converted from dollars but you have shit like this primary euro balance 0.00, and when u try to transfer it to local bank but it shows 0.00 in balance when ive actually got this ffs i even tried Currency converter, to euros, but it didnt work/ got this error
