Well that's your honest opinion and I have mine, which is opposite. Also how in the fuck does a tattoo that is properly and professionally done make anyone look like a meth head? proper planning has to go into a shoulder/neck piece and everything has to be perfect and meticulously drawn out because its the one thing people are going to see when they see you. It's not like I'm asking Ralph from down the street to plug me up with some tats while we smoke some reefer in an alley. I mostly have American traditional / Sailor Jerry style tattoos. and some are colored and some are black/grey.

I have a job, and they are allowing Neck tattoos most likely within the next year. Every tattoo I get has a meaning, albeit some are just because I like how they look on me. ??‍♂️ Face is off limits to myself aswell. And as long as a neck tattoo is sensible and looks good it’s good in my book.

yeah that wouldn't be a good thing to do. Albeit $250 is a good price, I would have personally kept it myself to test money making methods/goldfarming methods at higher level tiers/new content added for research purposes. BUT if your happy with what you got that's all that matters
