Is range killing supported?

First of all how can they be i5 when in the list there are AMD, i5s are intel, secondly it could be to remote connection, teamviewer and vnc have a tendency that once connection is established all the fps is lowered, when you disconnect it would be restore to the normal fps.

So today I got a brand new VPS and and put 5 bots on it, two of which at the magic logs by sorcerers tower, after 4 hours I check up on them and find the two of them banned? any suggestions? is it the vps or the spot?
