Sure the account is verified but when you make the payment and provide proof that the person's ID at the time of payment corresponds to the paypal account's information there is no way for the buyer to claim that the paypal account was not in his/her possession at the time of purchase, which is how many payments are disputed. Under the pretense that it was an unverified transaction.

1) They do not ask for real life info because they want to use it against you, but in case they have to use it against you. If only we lived in that kind of world. 2) Any reasonable person would be okay with providing the information requested unless they had alternative motives.

I'm not sure if this guy was trying to scam the payment by not sending me the script, or put something malicious in the script after I paid, but he is a pretty strange dude. I sent the $ as a service, and he said gg scammed thnx for free private script, but then when he noticed the payment was as a service he said jk, can you send money as a gift? I refused to send $ again but he sent me script .rar & .java, said it was the source. I was wondering if anyone can review these or tell me how to decompile btw this off site i'm not soliciting private scripts on osbot

I had a theory on this aswell, but I was told there is nothing in the game's code that looks for your hardware or other external stuff edit; it could be possible though, back in early RS2 jagex used to do hardware bans
