It's only meant to fill a surplus when get bars isn't true, as in fill a surplus rather than idle. For bars p/h over time, this proves true to be more bars p/h, but hey I am just a spectator anyways

Wait i'm confused. Does it fill an inventory of both onto the conveyor, grab bars, and repeat? Or does it fill a surplus of coal, then iron, retrieves bars? The latter is more efficient taking into account that bars will not always be ready after each inventory.

No, that is not why the ask for information. Sure the account is verified but when you make the payment and provide proof that the person's ID at the time of payment corresponds to the paypal account's information there is no way for the buyer to claim that the paypal account was not in his/her possession at the time of purchase, which is how many payments are disputed. Under the pretense that it was an unverified transaction.

1) They do not ask for real life info because they want to use it against you, but in case they have to use it against you. If only we lived in that kind of world. 2) Any reasonable person would be okay with providing the information requested unless they had alternative motives.
