haven't tested that. Sometimes if the account isn't created on the same IP, Jagex just locks it because they think it's hacked. Moreover, sometimes they just lock fresh accounts on a proxy. Jagex recently started to lock more accounts on proxies. You can simply unlock it and you should be fine. more info here: https://osbot.org/forum/topic/115806-info-regarding-locked-accounts/
