No it isn't. The mouse keys are set to default as 1:2 action which is bannable.

I feel like you need to add more depth to the shading for the creases in the clothing, the underneath of the breasts need to be more define also (imo)

I don't know why, but it's too shiny in places and the clothing doesn't have enough texture definiton.

It's people in the RS3 lobby, they have another account in the location of your two accounts, contacting people who may possibly be RWT'ing. They then contact them acting as if they're the company, when they get the phone number they then blackmail them.

the tldr was to point out the stages of which it would happen Dispute is made - gets twc Found guilty in dispute but refunds - loses TWC and rep for attempted scam Keeps TWC after loss of reputation loses TWC after however many months depending on amount scammed and he has to rebuild from sratch again.

Yes but like I said, it would have to be proven that they 'scammed' If somebodys PayPal got locked for instance I saw Bawsz did and he had to pay back, He showed proof of it being locked, PayPal calls etc. Whereas somebody buys 20M GP through PayPal, then successfully Charges back a payment therefore scamming the user(as he would of filed the charge back and PayPal only 'Holds' the money), even if he returns the gold, he should be placed in TWC & have his reputation removed as this was infact an attempted scam.

That's all I wanted to hear was a straight forward answer, not the arguing that did happen because somebody didn't like the idea.
