Please quote where it states 'as soon' as they're placed into TWC. I specifically stated that there will need to be evidence and proven that they tried to scam.

People still will sell to people with TWC if they have high rep as they could simply say ' I'm in TWC as somebody got banned whilst I was doing a service, should be off within 24~ hours '

So basically, I can go scam somebody then when I get caught, just pay back and act like I never scammed in the first place and let my TWC be removed? That's like stealing a T.V from Argos, getting caught and a criminal record then take it back and then they delete your record.

Like I said, it would have to be proven that it is the member in question. If somebody gets framed it would of had to be from the users own skype & forum account. if a worker has access to either of those then they're giving up on their account security and should suffer.

Users take responsibility for what their accounts do. I've seen people get 'hacked' and banned because of their account done it.

People are put in TWC for the following. Disputes - If found that they didn't do anything wrong they get it removed within 24-72 hours. spamming 100 post count to get into the Marketplace Scamming.

Well if you read the thread properly and didn't just automatically post @lolmanden you would of noticed I said if they have scammed or even attempted to scam with evidence. But no, you tried to be funny instead.

Why wouldn't you support unless you're in favour of having people who scam being reinstated with their previous community standing after they have scammed and spent a month or w.e in TWC?

So basically on other forums that I have been apart of, If you're found out to of scammed and even if you refund the members you stole from your 'Reputation/Feedback' is 'fucked' and removed so only neut/negative feedback remains on your account. I feel that if you get placed into TWC and are found to of scammed of even attempted to scam somebody but got caught before hand your account should be kept in TWC for a period of time and have all positive feedback removed so the members in question have to rebuild their community standing. TL;DR Get TWC Lose Positive Reputation Keep TWC for a certain amount of time Lose TWC have to rebuild REP
