i find it really difficult to work out in the gym, i just don't enjoy it, in comparison to participating in sport( football) i could play all day, i train twice a week play weekends etc and could do it every night... its the difference if you do it because you enjoy it, even those grueling training sessions become fun and you do it because you enjoy it..

But most sports id play just not cricket because its boring as fuck, and that's what i think about gym work... its boring my mind isn't mentally stimulated whilst i work out... because running on a treadmill and lifting weights repetitively is boring, in comparison to running on a football pitch is more fun because i'm thinking of other things whilst i do it.

I like to mix it up, do a few days gym a week, then do some stuff at home when i'm bored, runs/walks, play sports etc.. makes it worth it.

  2. So I sorta got bored in the chatbox today and talked to a few people and decided it'd be cool to start a new IRL thread.

I set myself a goal and don't quit until I reach that goal, such as 10 reps of 10 or 5 miles. I'll take breaks, but I won't call it a day until I reach the goal I set. If it's too much to handle, then you suffer through it. Next day you lower the standards :)

Yeah very nice man, will try 1 day hectic, 1 day take it easy (bit more cardio) xD.

router is static, but have used VPN in diff locations and checked IP to make sure its different, still nothin o.o. its like this on 2 servers, I'm so confused Lolo

may be a network setting that has changed? I would reset all connections to the internet, change all settings to default and reconfigure all of my connections.

Then repeat that in your head.

It may be cringe, but I've got a goal of being a firefighter and I have my first recruit course starting next week - When doing cardio or when struggling, I'll just think of that and it definitely gets that little bit extra out of me :) Think of the concerts you could be doing and focus on that rather than the pain :D

Yeah well you can do it man, keep me updated sometime on how it goes!

Yea yea, I agree it helps for sure! I'm just more of a performer then just an artist, so I want to be able to dance and rap/trap for people w/o struggling!

sorry, the client was a jar file. So what ban could it be and is there a way to get around it on a MacBook?

Possibly just a simple IP ban.
Try turning your router off for a few minutes and turning it back on, then (NOT AUTOMATICALLY) reconnect to your ethernet or wifi.
Then check your IP & try to login if the IP is different?

I'm not sure just spit ballin'

Setting a PR for each individual workout normally does the trick for me.

For instance, if I'm specifically working on muscle gain on a particular day, I'll reminisce to my last session (e.g deadlifting or squats) and try and surpass what I had done on that day. I normally do 120kg squats and 100kg deadlifts, sometimes I'll try and motivate myself to add perhaps 10-20kg more and do 2/3 more sets than my usual 10.

That's just my personal preference, but I do agree music helps a lot. I tend to go down the rock section for intensive training and jazz for cardio :)

Very nice man :) I will keep on top of it!
If you read my comment to @dragonite3000 you'll see I do a very vertical summit of a mountain twice a week, with gym coming 3 times a week,
I beat my last time for the summit walk by 15 minutes from last week, I was really happy today.

I listen to very hard metal when I work out, gives me that extra adrenaline rush

I shall try some lighter stuff like SOAD and Disturbed. xD

whatever your doing do it until your about to throw up or pass out lol.

Yeah I did a walk/run up an 8 kilometre mountain summit this morning. (4.97097 MILES)

  9. walking/running/gym/sport.. whatever it is that you do, what do you do to stay focused during the hardest time of working out?
Like when you're going through extreme pain or through a stitch or lactic acid build up, what can you do to make it easier, I know stretching can help get rid of lactic acid.
I also find music helps with the pain during rough parts of runs/gym.

Last time I recall, you cannot gain registry access in Java making it almost impossible to ban your mac or HWID for that matter. I've even tried to google to see if there was a way, I only saw 1 way which was a 2003 post and I remember it was deprecated. So unless that application was an exe embedding the java applet into it, then it's not possible to mac ban.

    TL;DR:
USE A .JAR INSTEAD OF .EXE = NO MAC/HWID BAN.

    Mac Ban is a thing...

Each computer has a unique mac address and rsps have the option to ban your computer from entering the servers.

Mac bans are usually linked to the individual PC correct?

As well as that @josephine you may have a HWID Ban.
