If he's trying to charge a dispute on Paypal, he's already scamming as he received the 40M from me. He confirmed he did, and never confirmed he traded me back 40M. I can show the entire Skype screen logs.

If he can provide proof of trading me the 40M back, I will give it back to him as he asked, but I was never traded back 40M. He told me he received the 40M and then asked me to do a favour that seemed like an obvious scam.
