It came to my attention you had sold 100 Tutorial island completed accounts sold, so the assumption was there it could have been botted. Does this mean the accounts are ran through the Tut Island using a script or by hand? And how long have they been sitting? I doubt you ran 100 tut island accounts by yourself Im asking this cause there's some confusion by some people.

Everyone deserves a chance and so should she have a chance. I was pretty suprised about her. Was really active, helpful and a positive member of this community. Few months later she became Trial Moderator, totally deserved. She continued doing her thing, running the Discord channel, being an active dispute solver and after a while she got promoted to Forum Moderator. This is possibly one of the highest ranks within the OSBot community and she continued to do her thing. She didnt went less active, she acted like nothing has happened. I'd like to note that I did not know about Montana's TOS, I never knew he had a service topic to begin with. As you know I've made a thread about requesting these stats to be done, Montana amongst some other had replied to it. If I knew about his TOS, I wouldn't have logged in in the first place. Bearing in mind I did contact SeyDaWiz about me logging into the account, he replied later that night(~12 after my message) it was fine that I could log in. With that in mind I do not see any reason why I should get a neutral feedback. If you're only reason is that I logged into the account, then I do find the Neutral justified as SeyDaWiz did not communicate with me properly and I do feel the account has been neglected and therefore the neutral should be right where it is now.

I paid him 30M for the service and he got a worker @SeyDaWiz to assign the job to.(Service started on Tuesday 20:11 GMT, which is 14:11 afternoon(Workers time = from USA). I had 2 request, when he could start and if I could play on it myself on Friday Night(now) and Saturday. He agreed to that. After I paid for the service he stepped out and could continue later that day. Worker had told Montana he could complete the order in a week. After 2 days he got 48-58 fishing, with a timeframe of 7 days and having to do 9-60 Hunter/1-58 Thieving and so on, that was just too slow. Montana then told me I had to get off the account. That whole day no progress was made(I checked the day after). He promised he would get 60 Fishing and scratch another skill off the list that day, which he failed to do. Untill I logged in this afternoon, which would be my time on the account, the account still had 58 Fishing. I woke up quite early this morning to check the status of the skills, nothing has been done and the account still had 58 Fishing.
