I did not misunderstand what you are trying to do. The registerHook method has been removed from the API, to achieve what you want to do, you will need to disable all randoms, and write your own login handler, like this: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/109560-a-simple-login-handler/

Look into configs, there is a config for every progression of a quest so you can just use configs to determine the stage of the quest getDialogues().completeDialogue(); is what you are looking for I believe, you can use a conditionalsleep after every action and you can simply return !getDialogues().inDialogue(); when u have finished speaking to an NPC

Oh i see, thank you i didn't know you could set up quick payment like that my bad . It works now. The method for walking back seems very strange though, it clicks very small distances at a time on the way back via the minimap and frequently goes back on itself; it does this in all walking modes but only on the way back to the bank.
