Make sure the seller at least gives you the account login (and verify it's the correct one) before paying him/her! RuneScape accounts are fairly easy to recover if the original owner attempts it. While there's almost no way to stop the owner from recovering the account back after selling it to you, you can make sure that no one else on this site (if not other sites) purchases the same account and gets scammed like you were! This is a thread containing a list of all the usernames (usernames differ from display names) of recovered accounts! A RS username is the name you use to sign into the game itself. A RS display name is the changeable in-game name you see. BE SURE TO REPORT THE USERNAME/LOGIN NAME AND NOT THE DISPLAY NAME! Official Script Developers also feel the need to distinguish themselves from regular script writers. Solution: Name Changes: Official Script Developer > Script Developer SDN Script Writer > Script Writer Aesthetic Changes: Script Writers will have their primary rank as "Script Writer" instead of secondary. No name color changes. Permissions/Perks: @Maldesto Unlimited tabs will stay. Upgrading: Script Developer applications will remain as they are. "Normal" members can be upgraded to Script Writer from either: 1. Making a script that gets accepted onto the SDN 2. Have an exceptional local script Demotions: Demotions will continue as they are. Script Writers will lose their status when they fail to maintain the standards which they were promoted for.

I will slience this right now, script developers will always get unlimited tabs, due to them sacrificing time for the community in writing scripts, of course we have a few people that are unnamed releasing a script they didn't write and had people write it for them, luckly there are only a few of those. We won't punish the rest of the script writers for that though.. Also the name changes, i think the names are fine at this point in time, its just basically the color they want, which won't happen due to the amount of script writers going in and out of the group.

The reason I haven't paid yet is because the paint you made hasn't incorporated many of the themes that I originally requested. I guess I can pay you the $25 for what you did but I'm not going to use that paint, and if I was going to have you complete the work i would want it completely re-designed. If that's the problem then why would you jump straight to reforming the entire scripter ranks? Don't you think it'd be a bit easier to disallow the 'buying of sources' and rather to have a method which proves their knowledge (in scripting)? You're cutting down an already-limited rank that is high in demand and low in supply (quality supply). Without scripters, this site is nothing, so please look at the big picture before you make short-term suggestions such as this.

Okay so i'm having an issue withdrawing more jewelry with this script im writing. i have my variable which stores the ID of the jewelry. public int getAllJewelryID; public Entity bank; in my onStart i have: public void onStart() { this.getAllJewelryID = this.client.getInventory().getItemForNameThatContains(new String[] { "ring", "necklace", "bracelet", "amulet" }).getId(); } and the method i'm using for the script to bank is: bank = this.closestObjectForName("Bank booth"); if (!this.client.getBank().isOpen()) { if (bank != null) { bank.interact("Bank"); } } else { this.client.getBank().depositAllExcept("Cosmic rune"); this.sleep(MethodProvider.random(900, 1000)); if (this.client.getBank().contains(getAllJewelryID)) { this.client.getBank().withdrawAll(getAllJewelryID); sleep(MethodProvider.random(900, 1000)); this.client.getBank().close(); } } it just opens and closes the bank like my bank doesn't have the jewelry in it. but this is the same type of method i use in other scripts i've made and it works fine.i've even tried just making a test script and in my onLoop() i just tried to make it withdraw a specific ID of an emerald ring just to try, but it didnt work. but it works with all other items.

Looks very nice actually, but targeting a graphics artist because your friend decided to abandon the deal he structured with the user, and releasing a product that wasn't final, was constantly updating this to the users needs, and he decided to abandon the deal and think that was okay after put in hours of work and made many changes. @Deffiliate chose to ignore when trying to contact him to make more changes to suit his needs for the $25.00 payment. That was the last one he sent by the way, so posting an earlier version isn't giving the full story. him agreeing to pay 25.00 for the product so far, but knows he needs more done, this was over a week ago and not one message from giving instruction on what else to add/remove/change. Good attempt at making someone look bad, especially when you aren't giving the full story.

Declare a global long and then in your onstart, initialize it to System.currentTimeMillis(), then in your paint or wherever, to find how long your script has been running for, simply do System.currentTimeMillis() - myStartVariable. I won't spoonfeed you so try figuring the rest out on your own.

So the logical way to tell if someone gets SDN Scripter is if they have the knowledge to maintain their script? If they bought the script and have no java knowledge, than obviously they won't do that. Things break and need fixing. I can't see how someone buying a script worth for the SDN just to get VIP would go through the process of making sure the script doesn't break. Too much work IMO

Toph was never promoted because I was waiting to see if he would maintain his scripts or leave. He left, and therefore was never promoted to OSD, a great call on my part.

I personally think all marketing should be banned from the chat at all times. There is a HUGE market section on the forums and we would love for the forums to be more active with users participating. No one comes in the chat looking for a service, most of the time it is users that come to troll and just shoot the shit, or leechers coming in to ask for support. No one wants to see a service thread.

It's the market. There are all kinds of things being sold in ''other'' which is being ''advertised'' too. OSBot does not need to be all about money why not freedom of trading for atleast?
