Why it should be removed: Internet Service Provider went down for an hour however the guy I was doing regicide for went MAD. The Service Was still complete.
Details: My network went down, the guy who bought the quest didn't want to understand the nature of this situation and instead of being clam and easy on me, he just goes and leaves a -ve feedback.
