  When you join the British Army you fill out of these out... mine was a bit extreme because of the amount of tattoos I have.

  I had to lie in most of the descriptions such as Oxy, Colt, aka Oxy is a drug ( army wouldn't like that, and a colt is a gun ) this is quite old... I'm no longer in the Military either.
