Explanation:  Ordered an account building service 24+ hours ago from this user.

Put a bond on a fresh level 3 + got it 43 Prayer so he could train it easier.

put 5M GP on it as requested for supplies.

 

once he had been given the account he said he will start in 5 hours which he hasn't

I messaged him at 1PM my time today asking when he will start and he ignored me but was on osbot at 3PM my time.

This deal was middle manned so the payment is safe, it's just the account & 5M on the account that I fear for.

+ I cannot check the account as he only knows the password.

 

Give him a bit of time as everyone runs into inconveniences occasionally that can prevent them from completing a service. If he hasn't given you an update or shown any progress 12 hours from this post please post in this thread again and I'll up the anti on an investigation.
