Explanation:

Basically, requested questing + requirements (including stats) for 4x accounts (pures), which were all to be hand done. Part way through the service, i check the progress on the accounts, one has been banned for macroing when specified accounts must be hand done. So i've lost the two bonds i've put into the account getting to the progress the account currently has, ~700k gear on the account itself, plus the stats of the account.

I requested @l3reed to reply here and tell why the acocunts got banned for botting while hand done was requested.

He has 24 hours to reply here.

I've spoken to him, and we've come to an arrangement, he's going to re-create the account that was banned + other three accounts order has been cancelled until new account has been re-created.

I just got off from work at 9 est, apologies for the delay in response. I spoke to Dieze, and came to an arrangement with him. I'll start working on the new account shortly. Further down in the skype logs has my argument against the botting allegations so I wont be responding to that on here as I don't have the energy to get into a back and forth over it and we've already reach an agreement so I believe it to be fruitless to continue that discussion. Currently getting the account back to the way it was prior to ban, going strong with it also, should be done i imagine within a few days.

 

He checked in on skype, i'm happy for this to be closed as i have faith in I3reed that it'll be resolved without any issue now.
