Yes, but it will require everything including stuff like teleport tabs, enchanted jewelry etc so it's not really worth it. I've had it start right away after i already had the required items.

Personally, I love it! Compared to the other quester script that is used by most of the community, this one seems to work a lot better! And with the promised bug fixes for witch's potion and the potential addition of other quests, I'd definitely say its worth it To answer your question specifically tho, you can choose what quests you want to do and In what order. If your account doesn't have the requirements to do the selected quest, or not not enough money in your bank, it will stop with a notification telling you so
