Check the logger, it will print what the problem is. Possible causes include attempting to do Animal Magnetism when you don't have access to Morytania (by talking to Drezel after Priest in Peril) or you don't meet all the requirements for those quests

Deleting your OSBot folder located at C:\Users\<USER>\OSBot should fix it

I'll update Shadow of the Storm in a bit again

If i start the bot with a fresh account all level 1 stats and then use the "all quests" setting, will it detect what quests it can do based off of the stats it has or will it endlessly try to start a quest with the fishing req/woodcutting req?

Yes it will detect the quests it can do

normal spell book (I don't have the requirements for lunar or ancients yet)
