Lost my $20 in credits that I had purchased a month ago WTF?

I had purchased $20 in credits from another user and they were on my account, I check today and they're all gone, it says I have $0 in credit balance???

If the original buyer chargebacked the transaction of the voucher, the credtis will be void.

User is a sponsor on this website and is not banned.
