Don't you think Jagex peaks on such forums as well, and thereby sometimes searches for accounts being sold?

I'm sure you can request a picture without the blurred out stats in a PM. But theres a clever reason behind it.

Well it is. Jagex will do a lot to prevent these kind of trades. I've seen it before where they disable accounts being sold on forums because they managed to locate it by looking up it's level combination and the infractions.
