Explanation: All started on the 1/14/16 I Skype to ask if he wanted to buy 30Mil OSRS at the rate of $1.2USD/M,  but due to family issues the transactions didn't go through until today. We agreed on the rates and I went first because I trusted him with his feedback and our prior transaction. Asked him if he had a verified PayPal and he said Yes, my fault for trusting.
He deliberately deleted on me on Skype after our conversation.

As a new member of the community, he thought I can be taken advantage of. Please help me out.

This is why I urge you; and everyone, to use a middleman, although he can charge back its safer. I am and always will be free, @Maldesto & @Muffins also offer great middleman services. Please lower your chances of being scammed.

Banned, sorry for your loss.
