We agreed on the rates and I went first because I trusted him with his feedback and our prior transaction. Asked him if he had a verified PayPal and he said Yes, my fault for trusting. He deliberately deleted on me on Skype after our conversation. As a new member of the community, he thought I can be taken advantage of. Please help me out. Evidence hidden I am sadden by this situation.

This is why I urge you; and everyone, to use a middleman, although he can charge back its safer. I am and always will be free, @Maldesto & @Muffins also offer great middleman services.
