Dutchpower possible scam?

What happen = So i went to order some stats for 70/70/70 from 40/30/1, i paid him 14.5m(10m for service 4.5m for supply). So i give him the money and then he states he can only start friday, and as i expected him to start today i said nvm and then ask to refund. As soon as i say that he decides to log out ingame and say brb 1hr. 

From screenshots you can see that he is very eager to take payment as soon as possible like even before deciding he says "where you want to meet" and he says this multiple times. if not ban worthy i think trade with caution

I had to get on the train home and had 10mins to get there... That why i logged off and told him i would be back in 1 hour... Already talked to him on skype and everything is ok now... He thought i scammed him since i went offline but i only had to get the train home.. will start the service tomorrow

People need some sleep, depending on his timezone he's either sleeping or in school or doing something else, he hasn't been since yesterday so he's not trying to avoid you, just is probs asleep.

Alright. Seems as though he was being genuine about rushing to go on a train. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you to Dutchpower and Mods for handling it well. Me and Dutchpower have settled this and he will be completing the service. Also requesting that his TWC be removed.
