I'm having issue when it come to quoting people on the forum. On my old windows 8, worked fine. Now I'm on windows 10 and its not working right.

 

I can select any post to quote. the counter works, but when I click the button. The text does not appear in my speaking-box. The counter resets and I lose my quotes.

Spartan and ie have some bugs on forums, I'm using chrome on windows 10 and everything is fine
