Can someone tell me a good alching item ?

Magic longbow.

Invest into dhides and longbows. Possibly rune items if you are wealthy such as rune med helms and daggers. I used to purchase rune meds for 10k each and high alch them and make a profit of 1k per alch. Ofcourse this only happens around 50 times a day since not too many people sell rune med helms.

You could try doing battlestaves if you have a friend who will buy them from you from varrock store.

wow people are really creative with things to alch.. Would have never thought of wolfbane myself. Too much work for me though 

There should be a high alch calc for osrs.

i found some items but i'm scared prices rise big when i tell them here, but try mind helmets/shields, try to buy them cheap, im actually making a proffit on over 20 items in the game.

 

I alched steel longswords, bought them at 130 gp/ea, waited for like 1 week to get 5k of them. But it's worth it, 390 gp per alch, so profit is like 30-40 gp per alch.

Any new items?
