Skype Associations and Hackings

Featured Replies

Community,

Clearly someone is abusing the weak-point in Skype's customer support system by social engineering Skype to pretty much hand over our accounts. For this reason, we ask that you don't give us any personal information or account information over skype. We'd never ask for your OSBot information under any circumstances. If you wish to let Laz on your account to finish a random, the safest way to do this is via forum PM.

So far, only Maxi's Skype has been compromised.

Let it be clear that this "hacker" hasn't done anything but manipulate a few customer support representatives. The only accounts ever compromised were Skype accounts. Any information at OSBot is completely safe. Security is our number one priority.

Thanks,

The OSBot Staff Team

Wow, that's very unprofessional from Skype, they shouldn't give any type of access if they can't fill the recover form.

Thanks for the info, shame about the hackings :/

Isnt it the same guy that hacked Advertising other bots isn't allowed.?

If that's the case.

I know exactly who it is.

Kati, PM me if you're interested on knowing.

Thanks, real shame that people are getting hacked.
