I'm just curious what set em off, tutorial island doesn't have many different ways to be done lol, I guess some people do it slower and all, but if I hand did it it'd be pretty efficient. The whole client is detected when in tutorial island. It's hard to explain but you'll get banned even if you do tut island manually.
