i bought projectpact's AIO hunter and it was never added to my client

Your payment might be under review, also, have you tried refreshing your scripts via the refresh button in the client?

yeah i tried refreshing, my other ones have gone straight in when i refresh.

i went into my account to see my purchases and its there as a pending invoice and i have the option to 'pay now' but i already paid and my paypal says the payment has gone through so no idea what the go is lol

Did you pay with ECheck / through your bank? Because then you'll have to wait up to 10 days for it to be approved by your bank.
