At the time of making this guide, OSBot was having various troubles regarding NPC IDs updating (through RS game-updates), which resulted in an array of random events being broken. Luckily, as of .19 (I believe) you can disable any random event in the settings menu.
 
 
ONE THING IS IMPORTANT, BEFORE YOU CLAIM A RANDOM IS BROKEN OR POST A THREAD SAYING A RANDOM IS BROKEN, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST OSBOT REVISION WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE
 

Now that that's cleared up, let's continue.

 

At the time of making this guide I am using the OSBot 1.7.21

 

Now, first we open up our client, sign in, start a RS screen (this is not necessary, but you tend to want to play RuneScape in order to bot...)

 

 

While the client is injecting and loading, simply click the settings button

 

Then go to Randoms

 

Finally, deselect any randoms that you suspect may be broken or do not want the bot to complete/solve for any reason to your hearts content.

 

Quick example of a good thing to turn off:

 

 

NOTES:

As of right now, most banks activate the Frog Cave random, so for current botting, you may want to disable that, however that's going to be updated soon.

 

For those of you using Kati's SuperAlcher or any other alching script, you may want to turn off the Strange Plant random, as you may know there are many lures, and although with Kati's script you run back inside the bank, you still look like an idiot for running out to click a plant with every other botter and may get reported!
