hey guys, im wanting to get my smithing up, but have no idea whats good exp.my smithing lvl is 42. i just want something that is fast exp.

 

im open to all suggestions. let the comments flow

Gold ore to gold bar are profit lost of over 100+

any idea on exp/hr?

From writing my aio smither, I found a few stats:

 

• Mithril dart tips  - require quest but they are 45k exp/h and you break even.
• Iron knives are ~22k per hour and you make 100k/h gp profit
• Gold bars make a loss but with gauntlets you can get about 60k exp/h~
• Cannonballs are great profit (150k/h) but only 10k smithing exp/h

Not sure if its the fastest, but super heating gold bars is pretty fast exp, and you get some magic exp too :p Else use a furnace, either way make sure you use gauntlets else won't get nearly as good exp
