Was but I think it's closed now, and I'm not sure if anyone has been unbanned.

 

If anyone has information they'd like to share, that'd be great.

I requested two accounts, both of them are still banned.

In that time (since request) I have had 2 new accounts banned :/

I have a feeling it was a sneak move on Jagex's part for IP addresses :(
