I just purchased VIP yesterday and then went onto cancel the subscription so to not pay the recurring fee as I was only wanting a single month, I have since learned that you are supposed to cancel the sub through paypal and not through this site.

 

It said that the duration of VIP would continue but since today I have only been able to open 2 bots, even when trying to use multiple clients. This is very upsetting as I only got 24 hours of VIP for $11....

 

What do I do?
