Nicholas Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 (edited) my paypal account got limted so i called paypal and asked them what i can do, they said i had to be 18 so i set up a student account, and they arnt half bad, i mean its COMPLETLY different but its not terrible.
