I got banned today, reason macroing
I sent this mail to the jagex accounthelp email adress.

Do i have any chance getting my acc back?

Dear employee of Jagex

 

I’m addressing an error on my account, noticed on 4/08/2015 around 11:00 am ECT+1.

 

As i had logged in wednesday 29/07/2015, considering getting back to your service ‚runescape', i decided to start playing when i came back from a certain obligation abroad. As i came back today and wanted to resume playing with some of my real life friends, i noticed that the runescape client told me that my account had been suspended. Amazed as i was, i followed the instructions and visited the account status page, which told me that my account had taken part in a practice called „macroing”. After actually googling what macroing meant, i was nonplussed that i was charged with this offense, since it was impossible for me to play this weekend.

My question for you is, could you check from which IP adres this offense has been made and when the offense took place? I’ve been a member of your service for a very long time and have never partaken in any act that could have concluded in a suspension, thus my confusion. It would be terrible if my account was indeed suspended for something i didn’t do, since this character contains a lot of my childhood memories and experiences, and it would be a disaster if this was lost due to an act of an unknown individual.

He logged in at 29 august 2015 ... Which is 25 days on the future -_-

"Jagex" and "Customer Support" should not belong in the same sentence. 

looool nice email, I doubt it'll even get noticed. But next time you should really make it more 'professional/easier to read' by fixing up the grammar etc :P
