Hey guys wondering whats your opinion on party hats i have 2 sets wondering if i should keep or sell do you think they will become more value since they don't drop anymore ? or what.

I have decided to keep mines. Not worth selling at such a low price.

They do 'drop' every year at christmas they will be given out in an event.

Jagex changes its mind more times than a female on her period changes tampons, hold unto them enough people will cry and jagex will end up not dropping them again. Potential bank to be made, if not always a cool colorful place holder.

you should sell each set 6m and get those 12m Before it gets to 12 gp later ;P

People say it will become valueless, but think about it, if it has value right now, and no more are being created, and more are being lost and destroyed from the game each day and p hats are the most valuable of the rare drops.., I feel as though September and October would be the prime time to hold them on until,around November people will realize they could just wait till xmas in december to get one,  besides I only paid a few hundred K for mine, for that price ill keep them for a month or two an see how prices fluctuate. and with fegex you never know.
