No, as of now work on this script is halted.

I may work a bit on this soon, if I release it I see no reason not to make it free. :)

Looking forward to this script when it is released! You might want to consider a price for it. If there are no prices set leechers will decrease the economy and end up making everyone less money. Just a consideration for the communities well-being! If not its always cool! Free runecrafting levels :p

Forced VIP? I was under the impression that the scripter can release HIS script wherever he wants. :) 

 

I have plenty of scripts that have premium counterparts for the public, which proves your statement invalid. :)

 

(Some of which aren't released yet)

 

This script looks like it could be great, keep up the work. This community is mainly filled with complaining leechers, but there are those exceptions that will make it all worth it in the end. :)
