I cannot find a script that I purchased

Hello,

I purchased the script called "Perfect Miner" and have been using it for about a day, now when I go to use it I cannot find it at all. I would like to know if the error is on my end somehow or if I need to request a refund for this. Has anyone had this problem before of missing scripts?

I have activated a temporary auth until the moderators fix this issue

 

I really appreciate the quick reply on this one however the script is still now showing up for me. Should I just be more patient and wait for this to get resolved or do you think there might be an issue client side that I would have to fix?
