The deal was 8m per acc if completed in 2 days, or 7m per acc if completed in 3 days. I was told it would take 3 days, and this is now day 6. I've also told you to contact him regarding your accounts so that he could update you with their status, also i believe today is day 5 and not 6. I've also told you that you can deduct 500k-1m for each day the accounts are late so i really have no idea what you're disputing against. One account has a ban I now have to assume that all accounts have been botted on. If that's the case, the accounts are all useless to me now. I also lost a bond and 1m on the account that's banned; that's the reason for the dispute. Sorry, yeah. My mistake - this is day 5. I thought June had 31 days, not 30. Regardless of the account delay, thats not my issue, you said I could deduct pay which was fine with me. The accounts were botted on and you clearly couldn't finish in time constraint, as well as botting the accounts. We have multiple issues going on you need to be held accountable for the fact your workers broke the t.o.s we agreed too. So I want [$] for each account that is now compromised. I will not be putting my gold on accounts that have been botted on, so all of these accounts are completely useless. I want 4 bonds and 4m back. Currently I work full time and manage the team as much as I can to help decode. However, I was not involved in this particular transaction. What I do know is that one of our workers handling the order changed ISP's and was only able to tell us using his libraries Internet yesterday. I understand that these delays are both annoying and unfair to you. That being said, I will spend my day off trying to complete your accounts due to my workers not being able to do the service on time. However i know you wont agree with me on that and i totally understand why. The only reason i can conclude that makes any sense is that i was botting on other accounts while doing this work which i now completely agree is idiotic of me sorry. However no other accounts have bans which confuses me. However the Second account (***farm3) was done on a different ip so this account is completely fine ( i was a mates for few days he plays other games not rs ) so this account is completely fine and also there is no bans on it so i dont think its fair to say its use-less. the other two accounts ( farm1 + farm2 ) were being done by another worker he lost power and internet for the last few days that is way the delay. those accounts as also completely hand done and are not use-less. Of course we are happy to refund however for the account that is banned and we are happy to give a discount for the accounts that are late. Like Red said everything stated here will have to go through Decode so please keep this in mind. Please below can you state what you believe is a fair amount to refund from the deal, please could you brake it down into sections and amounts.; EXAMPLE ; banned account - job refund and bond and gear - 8m please can you do that for each account so decode can see how we can resolve this in the easiest and quickest way. I can only apologise for my my work that got your account banned i hope we can reach a fair agreement for both sides ( please take into count our TOS states work done with proof will not berefunded for, only for what isnt completed ) Many thanks. That definitely makes sense, you only bot on the one account that actually got banned - and you say the other account you made is fine? My ass. One account got banned and the assumption that is most logical to take is that you botted on all accounts you touched. So yes, the nearly finished account is useless. As for the 2 accounts that are barely complete - what do you want?400k? lmao, took 5 days for you to get 100k exp on 2 accs. I don't want the other accounts finished due to the fact that you bot on accounts that are meant to be hand made. I don't care if another worker did it or not. Dex Posted July 4, 2015 Share Posted July 4, 2015 I agree with @jackshow on this one, he requested all the accounts to be hand trained so there should be no way that one of the accounts should receive a macroing ban.
