I purchased VIP to be able to use mirror mode, but it says I'm not VIP. I tried to download the mirror mode thing as well and it says I don't have permission. I'm also still getting ads on my client. Can anyone help me?

 

Apparently I lost VIP because I canceled the auto renewal. Is it possible to fix this somehow or can I get a refund?

When cancelling VIP. Remember to cancel the payment on paypal as well.

I canceled it on this site first. I didn't know I shouldn't do that, but yes I just canceled it on PayPal too.

Thats why it screwed up ur VIP, next time just cancel it via PayPal.

Either way, @Maldesto will fix it as soon as he can.
