Have not received VIP

Placed an order for a one month VIP subscription, I got an email saying it was approved but have not gotten my VIP status yet. What should I do from here?

Is Paypal an e-check? That is how I thought I had paid.

If Paypal is not an e-check I could maybe just cancel the other order and make sure this one goes through Paypal so it goes quicker? Sorry kind of new to how VIP and ordering things goes.
