My VIP just expired but I am still running mirror... isn't it still fully fuctional until rs updates on Wednesday? (running a script during the day/putting my computer to sleep at night) Would only be 2 days before I have to renew but I am quite curious.

Yes, you can run it until you decide to close OSBot. But I'm not sure wether or not it's allowed though. 

as soon as you close the client then you will no longer be able to use mirror mode until you buy VIP again.

but if you keep client open (interesting), Sneaky :D

Well looks like i ain't renewing my VIP ;)
