Basically you have to let programs that you trust through your firewalls manually believe it can be done in the control panel >programs.

how do I factory reset it? there are no files on the computer so I dont really care about what gets deleted

depends on OS but ill go out and say you have windows in which case you go under pc settings and on the general tab there will be a remove everything and reinstall windows option do that.

Would be quite helpful if you'd actually show us the error in action.

Google your pc name and brand and it will tell you how to factory reset it I know if you have an Acer it is ALT+F10

May be your operating system, install a fresh one and try again!

i figured it out before your post but thanks anyway, although now I can run osbot, but still get an error while trying to install RS Client

you could try redownloading it and running it as admin that might work
