I already have CCleaner on my computer but it doesn't seem to do much to my computer's performance.

Just buy a better computer..OR build your own

These programmes do not do much in the ways of performance.

 

The only way to get any type of decent noticeable  performance is to either upgrade parts or buy a new pc unfortunately.

Install gentoo

Advanced System Care, it's a good all in one package (that should be used with other software i.e. use it with malwarebytes when trying to remove a virus). Normally I don't buy premium versions of software but the free version is good so I'll be buying the prem version when I've got a bit of cash to blow.

I recommend CCleaner and Defraggler.
