It's random but after awhile of using the client I will occasionally get logged out and upon trying to relog back into the game Runescape says I have exceeded my login limit as if I have multiple logged in accounts.
However I am only using the client for one account at a time... 
I'm the only person in my household who plays RS. 
Not sure if this would be client based. I play fine when on normal browser or even on OSBuddy, even on p****bot. 

if your on windows i beleive search random.dat in the search bar and right click - properties and click read only.

this will allow you to multilog on up to 11 accounts i beleive:)
